Activity that makes room for the pet

• Activity starts expanded on All in Full House, so recent local work is easy to see immediately.
• Returning to Full House clears an old selection or project filter and restores the expanded All view.
• Small Home starts compact. Its Activity drawer can expand over the available home space, or open directly when Recent Activity is requested.
• All, Focus, three quick project filters, and a complete Projects menu narrow the list without turning the home into a dense dashboard.
• Selecting a task opens a bounded, read-only preview of recent visible user and Codex messages.
• Continue in Codex asks Codex to open the task so replies, tool work, approvals, and other changes stay in the owning app.

A gentle daily focus

• Set today's focus from the expanded Activity strip, compact shelf, or menu bar.
• A quiet daily nudge appears only when useful project choices exist and no more than once per day.
• Relevant local tasks stay close, while work elsewhere is described neutrally rather than treated as a failure.
• Completion uses a simple Done, Not yet, or Open task check-in; Tiny Pet Home never silently declares your day finished.
• Small resident reactions acknowledge meaningful focus choices and completion without creating notification noise.

Local-first and under your control

Tiny Pet Home is complete with its included content. Connecting a local Codex data folder is optional and begins with the macOS folder picker. When connected, pet files, task titles, project paths, activity state, focus choice, and short conversation snippets are processed on the Mac.

• No Tiny Pet Home account, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, analytics SDK, tracking, backend, or cloud sync.
• A remembered privacy control hides task titles and message bodies across launches.
• Folder access uses a macOS security-scoped bookmark and can be changed or removed by the user.
• Reasoning, tool output, system/developer instructions, and helper chatter are excluded from task previews.
